Where recently I have my eyes on... Howard Hughes Corp. outlines revisions to Ward Centers master plan

I used to work around and across the building 404 Ward Ave. There were a dream that many times he and I would love to buy out Dixie Grill BBQ. We had planned for that spot over years...  Fun place to get beer and tasty pupus, with atmosphere opens air between inside and out door seating. Definitely place for local and tourist to hang out and meet up... Hmm, It closed recently...Why?

The Howard Hughes Corp. plans to redevelop the block at 404 Ward Ave. in Kakaako, including the two-story building shown here, into a 415-unit residential tower with commercial space and parking, the first project in its Ward Village master plan

This condominium project is the first project proposed for “Land Block 5” of the neighborhood master plan. It’s located at 404 Ward Ave., a block that includes the two-story building that has housed Kanpai Bar & Grill, which closed earlier this year, and Tio’s Garage and Taco Station and Dixie Grill Bar-B-Que & Crab Shack before that. The HCDA expects to make a decision regarding the project on July 17.

I wish he was here since this project of The Howard Hughes Corp are outlining over that spot and Ward area definitely intriguing and fun for us to talk about. I really miss him.
